Murray Hyundai has a position available to compliment our Business Development Centre team which is responsible for booking customer for service appointments, contacting customers for ordered parts, appointments etc. This position has great incentive and an opportunity to grow within the Murray Auto Group and become part of a winning family. The candidate must have the following:


  • Fielding Inbound and Outbound calls
  • Knowledgeable with car maintenance
  • Excellent Communication skills both written and oral
  • Basic computer skills
  • work within the BDC and dealership dynamics with scheduling, scripts, and promos
  • Ability to follow instructions of manager in order to complete goals of the BDC Department
  • follow call volume goals for each day
  • Reliable
  • Hard working
  • Great phone etiquette
  • Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent organization skill
